Our client engaged us to build a Secure Zone 5 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) within a surrounding Secure Zone 3 facility in a noise-sensitive environment area that operated 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

The works included all building construction work, installing technical surveillance counter measures and independent air conditioning and ventilation systems and associated physical security measures to protect these services from unauthorised access and tampering.

As a result of our attention to detail and our building methodology we achieved T4 accreditation on first pass. We are engaged to do undertake the ongoing service and maintenance work for this client.
